Evidence report — 2026-08-21. Generated by searching 46 transcripts, roughly 115 hours of Jay on camera, for each of the 97 strategies. Not an estimate.

Before the offer says "97 Strategies"

Three of them have no video.

Every transcript we hold was searched for phrases Jay would actually say for each strategy — not the category name, which is often not what he says aloud. Then blocks where he simply reads the list of names were excluded, because a table of contents is not a lesson.

This page said seven this morning. Seven was wrong.

The search behind it was defective in three ways. It matched on correct spellings, and the transcription renders "Aikido" as "Akido" — so it stepped straight over the passage where Jay teaches it. It threw away any stretch of talk naming five or more strategies as a table of contents, which discarded an entire hour where Jay teaches the back half of the deck at speed, a minute each. And run against a subset it counted only the strategies it had been asked about, so it under-counted and let real list-reads through.

All three faults are fixed and the search was re-run — first across seventy-five hours, then across a hundred and fifteen once the Business Bucket List Bonanza was added. Four of the seven were on camera the whole time — Aikido School of Marketing, Victor or Victim, The Relevance, Competency and Passion System, and Compete with Yourself. They are listed below with their timings. Three remain genuinely absent.

The three that would make "97 Strategies" an overclaim

  1. Return on Investment of Big Ideas — appears only when Jay reads the list of strategy names aloud.
  2. The Action Bias — Jay says "take action" constantly, but never teaches this as its own strategy.
  3. Spending versus Investing — the idea surfaces inside other lessons, but is never taught on its own.

All three are spoken aloud when Jay reads through the list of strategy names, and none is ever taught. The remaining route is the keynote recordings, which have not been searched.

The four that came back

Marked to the second. Every one is teaching, not a passing mention.

What is not yet searched

The Beyond Exponential corpus is now searched end to end. What remains is a different body of material.

These three are not thinly covered — they are absent, and they survived the corpus growing by half. The realistic route is the keynote decks: find the slide, then find the clip that goes with it.

What this changes about the offer

Nothing has to be promised that cannot be shown. The corpus supports a claim of ninety-four strategies with video today, and 97 with deck, chapters and case stories — which is separately true and independently verifiable.

The gap is small and every part of it has a name, which is the useful part: three sections either get video from the material not yet searched, get recorded fresh, or the offer is worded around what already exists.
